The files in this section are directly linked to the ORAG files on QSL.net. The maps can also be downloaded from: http://www.qsl.net/orag http://orag.canaprs.net/ http://ontario.aprs.net/ Here are some local maps supplied by Eric Reid (VE3GSI) Thumbnail images of the maps by Chip, VA3KGB. Two map formats have been included within the zip files released on Jan.2/01. Either format is useable with UIView. Use the gif format for computers with limited storage, or the bmp format as the preferred format. To reduce file transfer size, future zip files will not include a separate gif file. If you have any of several freeware graphic tools, you can read in the bmp file and save it in gif format. It will be significantly smaller, slightly slower to load, and slightly lower resolution than the bmp. (VE3GSI) Both formats use the same .inf pointer file. Copy only ONE map format to the
\MAP folder.
