O.R.A.C. APRS SUMMIT

| The Ottawa Amateur Radio Club hosted an APRS Summit in
Ottawa that was combined with the CANWARN training on 15 April 2000 at Algonquin
College. Mark Sproule, KB4ICI, one of the creators of
WinAPRS was one of the presenters. Mark rode his motorcycle up to Ottawa
for the summit! (And you thought some of us Canadians were crazy for
riding our motorcycles in the winter.) Several Amateurs from the Kingston area attended the Summit and came away with a lot of valuable information.
