4PM unable to access rptr TX OK. Tested unit with VE3UG & OK with preamp out of cct but lots of X mod. Put pre-amp in % trouble cleared - tightened all mounting screws and moved cables around but couldn't bring trouble on. (We now have a regular Heath S meter for receiver)

5PM Trouble back on - there was some noise when ant coil in receiver moved - but found that trouble was in C.O.R. - voltages OK going in from RX but no ground to TX RPTR ID BEACON DISCONNECTED

1015am RPTR back in service - tested unit with VE3VG & VE3IVX Trouble was cross under COR cct board between pins 10 & 11 on 556 timer ( must have been close since built and a vibration could bring it on). Made a "S" meter for RX but do not leave in cct as it causes feed back.
