This is a transcript of the Repeater Maintenance Log for the year 1997.
The only editorial changes made during the transcription is that
I've added VE to the callsigns which in most cases were logged
as 3xxx since at the time only VE3 calls were issued.
Comments in RED added during transcription for clarification

Repeater dead. Found very low TX output. Put in standby Heath repeater. Output 6W instead of 25W OK at 2PM

6 May 230P. Regular repeater back in service. replaced Q7 in TX. Base to Collector open circuit. Got new 2N4427 from D&D in Napanee. cost $6.00. Cost to have Hassan open site door $51.75. Repeater output 24 Watts, SWR 1.8 TO 1.0 Amps on meter RX=.5 TX 3.5 unable to change SWR due to multi-coupler and antenna system VE3NB
10 Oct 1997 Repeater antenna - model SRL-210C-4 on John Orr Tower which was not used - sold to Allaince Comms for $400350. The 443.300 repeater disconnected & is to be sold as it is not used & is subject to Inter-mod. All surlus equipment to be sold to obtain funds for another Maggiore 2 metre repeater. VE3NB

15 DEC 97 New Maggiore R1 repeater arrived - cost $980 U.S. which equals $1360 cdn + $90. GST. 35W output, Voice & CW I.D. - no visible controls in black housing. All preset at factory. Complete with CAT300 controller (supplied by KARC)  
20 Dec 97 Sold Heat repeater to VE4 for $65. Sold Marconi 70CM (440MHz) repeater + duplexer & test set to VE1- Sydney NS for $250.
